Remove the tire from the wheel
—Please use only the plastic tire rods specified by the brand
—Do not twist the tire rod when disassembling, otherwise it will damage the rim
Install tubeless rim pads (recommended)
—Ensure that the size of the rim pad and the valve fits your wheel
—First pass the valve stem through the rim pad and the rim to keep the alignment
-Attach the rim pad to the rim by hand
—After installing the rim pad belt, please keep the joint tightly. Use the plastic tire rod to move around the edge of the rim pad and stuff it into the rim for sealing.
—If your rim has been installed with a rim pad, please check for damage. If you find any deformation or unevenness, please replace it.
Use tubeless tyres and rim pads for setting
— Make sure the rim is clean and free of dirt
—Wrap the tire with tubeless tape along the diameter of the tire, with the tape head and tail slightly overlapping
—Punch a small hole in the tape on the valve hole, and then install the valve
—Ensure that the tape is fixed and completely covers all spoke holes
Install tires
—Rotate the rim to bring the valve stem to the position closest to the ground, and check whether the tire is facing the right direction
-Starting from the top of the wheel, align the edge of one side of the bead with the edge of the rim and stuff it into the bead groove. Operate evenly along the rim, using the tire lever to complete this operation when needed.
—If you use a tire rod, please note that the angle of the push rod cannot exceed 90 degrees, and do not twist it-it may damage the rim or pad
—Repeat the same steps for the other side bead and make sure the valve stem is in the bead after installation
Inflate the tires so that the bead is in place
—Check the tire sidewall to determine the recommended pressure
—Ensure that the valve rod is inside the bead
-Inflate the tires until the bead is in place. Do not pump up more than the maximum pressure specified by the tire
—Sometimes, even if the maximum tire pressure has been reached, it may take a minute or so for the rim to be fully seated. Find a smooth line on the tire and rim to ensure that the bead is fully seated
